Royal Fresh Produce distributes fresh produce out of the Bronx and runs Produce Pro, and runs it seriously: receiving by lot, physical counts and batch adjustments, purchase orders, AR and AP, lot closeouts. The system holds the answers. Getting them out was the work.
The solution
The integration was the product.
Payve connected to Produce Pro and changed nothing else. No migration, no replacement module, nothing installed on their side. Payve signs in the same way a person does, runs the reports on a schedule, and mirrors them into a structured store the agents can query. Receiving and sales summaries then reach the team through the Payve portal and over WhatsApp, in Spanish and English.
Scanned count sheets are turned into inventory adjustment batches rather than retyped by hand, and the team reviews each batch before anything enters the ERP.
The result
The reports stopped waiting on someone to fetch them.
Produce Pro remains the system of record, the workflows around it stay as they were, and the reports are the same reports. They just arrive on their own, in the channel the team already uses, in the language each reader prefers.
